Coach Chris made stepping into a gym for the first time as easy as possible. He was very attentive to my goals during our initial meeting and tailored a program that made sense for me. I highly recommend WrightFit coaching! In the past I struggled to get one workout a week in, had no restraint when it came to diet and nutrition. Strength training was completely new to me. Chris' coaching has given me the confidence and technique to successfully workout 5 times a week. I am much stronger, and have made a lot of progress on the nutrition front. Chris takes the time to thoughtfully answer questions, offers helpful encouragement and challenges me to make consistent progress.
